Lets play the catch up game

Yo yo, you should enter my giveaway for some sweet gear.

It is Friday night and Billy and I are partying hard.  He is currently reading about Eigenvalues and Eigenvecotors.  Seriously.  I am stalking all of you and making my list of must eat foods for our vacation weekend.  Please fill me in with any good Seattle eats.

Workout:

Body Pump:  Aka making my muscles ginormous for 45 minutes.  Next week I am going to make a video of my favorite moves. K.

Spin:  Aka kicking my derrière into shape.

Food:

Breakfast- Oatmeal, 2 apples diced and cooked into the oatmeal.

Lunch- My mom came to school and brought me a Wendy's salad.  My boss walked in when I was standing on my chair taking pictures of my salad.  It was awkward.  Speaking of which I walked into the men's bathroom at Wall-mart yesterday. It's okay, only 2 men were at the urinals staring at me.

Chicken, apples, cranberries, feta cheese and some sort of Vinaigrette.  Good job Wendy's.

After making sub plans and teaching kids how to be cool I came home ready for a snack: enter apple, CHUNKY pb and raisins.

Made a special healthyish dessert for a family get together tomorrow and made our way to Pirate Island.  Once again, we are rockstars.  This place is like chuckee cheese on speed.  All of the waiters have to be in character at all times.  They scare me.IMG_1886.jpg

Yes, my sister is drop dead gorgeous and yes, all of my guy friends always had crushes on her but hung out with me because I had a great sense of humor and such a 'special spirit.'

I got the salad bar and had a bite of pizza, thought it was gross and gave it to bill. Went back for more salad and pudding.  That's more like it.

Hurry and tell me what flavor of pudding? Or do you hate it? My mom likes tapioca.  Sorry mom but thats gross.  PS thanks for lunch.

Oh, and also chunky or smooth?

On your marks sets go.  (that is how my niece says it)

Yes...Injury is the worst! I spent some time praying while riding the stationary bike. (next part copied & pasted, sorry if you already read it) I tore my hip - reduced mileage for about 8 weeks. I overestimated my muscular fitness after having baby #3 and went nutzo for the first time on hills (no warm up). I could feel it getting sore during my run, but dummy that I was, kept on going for more! God was gracious and had me back to normal just in time to get in 16 weeks for my first full.
You are being wise! You will lose zero cardio and sounds like the pump will keep you strong :)

Looks like chocolate to me, I love pudding! My fave is banana with whipped cream and cookie crumbs - yum!

Smooth PB all the way, spreads so much better!

And I have those weird taking picture of food moments too, will we ever get over it? Last night I had my brother and his family over for dinner and tried to get all the pictures taken before they got here so he wouldn't tease me!
