Babies and Chicken

Today was a good day:)  Thanks for all the great wrap ideas.  Can't wait to try them and get out of my wrap rut.
After school I went and visited my best friend in the hospital and her new baby.

Macey is absolutely adorable.  As soon as I held her she started crying, I am taking that as a sign.  Sorry mom, it is still going to be a while.
Taught some spin and it rocked because all of my favorite spinnnees were there.  It makes such a difference when people yell and get into the workout.  After spin I went and got the things for the giveaway....muhahaha so exciting! Check back tomorrow!
What is he looking at? So hot.

Dinner was super simple tonight.  I threw chicken, potatoes, taco seasoning and bbq sauce into the crock pot.

Side salad with bread and the vitamins.  I forgot to mention one of the ingredients from last nights bread, crack.  Seriously, so addicting I think I had three slices:) Finished the night with LOST.
Sleep tight my little running, healthy, exerciseaholic loves!
What was the best thing about your Wednesday?
-Mine was seeing my bestie happier than I have ever seen her, crazy considering she is sore, medicated and had no sleep.  I guess being a mom is pretty amazing, I will have to try it sometime.
