Breakfast para uno.

Billy was boring this morning and wanted his Colassal Crunch cereal for breakfast.

I decided I wanted him to regret that decision by making pancakes.

I basically just threw ingredients that sounded good into the magic bullet.

-1/4 cup whole wheat flour

-1 egg white

-1 tablespoon milk

-1/2 teaspoon sugar

-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

-a little baking powder, baking soda and vanilla

-1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

-Enough water to turn it into pancake consistency.

There may have been a few butterscotch chips and then I topped them with some browned bananas and sf syrup.  Don't worry about the snow in the background, I had to reheat the pancakes because they were outside for .07 seconds.

Okay, so I didn't make him jealous because I put banana's on top.  He does not like bananas.  My mom makes a jello with bananas in it and she make a special corner for Billy without bananas.

Are there any fruits or veggies that you just can't stand?

-I HATE black olives.  Gag, don't even come near me with an olive on your plate.  A little dramatic, I know.

I like any and all fruits and veggies. I can't believe he doesn't like bananas. Weirdo! Your post looks like my post a few months back. We even did the same camera shot, haha!

First of all I have to say that your pancakes look amazingly delicious. They look a lot healthier than what I ate this morning. I had waffles with peanut butter, strawberries, choc chips, whipped cream, and maple syrup....to die for. I love olives...totally makes a salad complete. I love bananas, but I don't think I've tried beets and don't have any desire to. I hate peas...my mom forced me to eat 'em when I was small....totally traumatized!

I pretty much like all fruits and veggies, but then again, I'm a vegetarian, so if I didn't like them, I'd be SOL.

Those pancakes look delicious - for some reason I thought you lived in California... snow? Am I totally wrong? Have I been making this up so I could plan a fake vacation in my mind to come visit you? Probably.

Nice job with the pancakes. I'm on my third day of whipping up pumpkin pancakes topped with banana (love this combo!).

There are two veggies that I steer clear of because I just don't like them - beets and parsnips. Everything else I'm cool with

Those look SO good. You're making me hungry right now. The only vegetable I hate is celery. My dad calls it God's mistake. I think i pretty much love everything else!

Olives, mushrooms, beets, turnip, celery, cabbage when it's cooked... canteloupe, honeydew, blueberries, apricots, rhubarb... and that's just off the top of my head. I haven't totally outgrown my pickiness, I guess.

I would gobble up your pancakes tho ;-)

This will sound horrible but just about every veggie that is green, I don't like. Exception lettuce and cucumbers. I also dislike many other colored veggies as well.

I don't like olives either ... or cantaloupe. I may just need to make pan cakes for breakfast, they look great.

Want pancake envy? Next time add pumpkin and vanilla and a little brown sugar (I use brown sugar splenda) and prepare to pass out.

I topped with pb and sugar free syrup and forked my kids when they went for seconds.
