Much Better

I woke up feeling like myself again.  Naps are the best medicine along with IB Profin and my IBS meds ha.

When I get stressed my stomach aches... now it's the weekend and I already forgot that I have a job or any responsibilities at all.  I don't want to grow up.

Billy's brother just came in town (he is single:)

He was craving J-dawgs....funny, I just posted my confession about my love for J-dawgs.

My favorite part is they always give me a free side of pickles.

Yes, I know. You don't have to say it.

I forced myself into real people's clothes but refused to change out of my B̶i̶l̶l̶y̶'̶s̶ slippers.

IMG_2211.jpg

My inner klutz spilled her banana peppers and sauerkraut on the floor.  I started to pick them up off the ground to eat them because I LOVE banana peppers but Billy wouldn't let me.

Vegetarians/vegans and 92% of girls (especially Susan) close your eyes and scroll down until the ice cream.

IMG_2214.jpg

Fluffiest bun, polish dawg, jalepenos, pickles, sauerkraut, banana peppers, ketchup and secret sauce.

Anything that comes in tinfoil must be good for you right?

Someone (okay, me) suggested getting ice cream after.

Snicker doodle yogurt and every topping they have..... to full to finish but now I have leftovers for breakfast I mean post-workout snack.

We are now engaging in an office marathon.

Do you take naps?  Do you feel better or more tired after a nap?

-I am obsessed with naps.

Anyone else obsessed with those frosted circus animal cookies that I put in my fro-yo?

-I could (have) eat a bag all by myself.

I ate dinner 2 hours ago but I could go for a really good hotdog right now! Hold the ketchup and put on all the funky sides.

I always wear jon' slippers too ;)

OK-when I was pregnant I actually wanted to eat a hotdog. Actually I wanted to eat a lot of hotdogs. The bun, saurkraut, definitely jalapenos, spicy mustard-I'll take it all but not sure about the actually DAWG! Ranks right up there with the hotdish. What exactly is hotdish? Does anyone know? Roadkill perhaps, generally mixed with frozen vegetables, cream soup and tator tots! Gag!

Yep-I can definitely stomach those frosted cookies though! Those used to be my church bribes for my kids but then I would eat them all myself and the kids would get all wild halfway through the service!

Enjoy the rest of your night!

I can't take naps, if so, I'm left groggy all day long. I can't even be around someone napping. If my hubby falls asleep on the couch, I need to get away. When I hear someone go into deep sleep breathing, its like a black hole that sucks away all my energy.

That Yogurt looks soooo good right now. I feel like I could eat frozen yogurt at any time. Even if I was stuffed... Even if I ate it like an hour ago... Even if I ate it 10 minutes ago. Yum!

Love naps! I take one every day - during work days it is a 15 min nap in the train. More than 30 min, I end up groggy, less than that, I wake up refreshed.

snicker doodle yogurt??!! I must get my hands on some. And I love those circus cookies, so dang good. Wish they had gluten free ones. Heck, maybe I'll try to make them myself.
Naps make me more cranky, that is unless I am napping on the beach, hehe! I think I am the only one that feels worse after a nap. The hubs naps like 2x a day, super jealous!

Naps are sometimes the highlight of my day, and I alternate between being embarrassed or proud of that. :p

I always feel better after a "power nap" but more sleepy after a long nap. Honestly, we should be besties. My stomach kills when I am stressed too!

How do you eat like that and still look so fab? Color me jealous!

Haha thanks for the mini shout out. :) Strangely enough, I hate hot dogs, but I really like sausage...especially Italian sausage. So tasty!

I've never been a napper...usually when I nap, it means I'm really, really sick. Or I just stayed up all night attempting to fly home to Chicago since the 6am flights are cheaper. Oops?

Snickerdoodle froyo is AMAZING!! I had some in Boston once and it was totally delicious...tasted just like the cookie! I'm not a huge fan of frosted animal crackers, but I make normal animal crackers look like they're about to go extinct...

I am crapping myself just looking at that food.

And the pickle? It stands up so straight and glistens. All the boys are jealous.

Looks delish, I love all the toppings! And I had to quit buying those chocolate covered cookies for the kids because I wouldn't share with them.

I love naps, I don't get a chance to take one very often. Sometimes I dream of a country that takes afternoon naps as a rule - that would be soooo wonderful!

I must be in the 8%. That hotdog looks epic!
I love naps, but i know when I wake up I'll be groggy and starving. No matter what, even if I ate prior to the nap, I will wake up ravenous. No idea why.

Naps were a must for me in college, but now they are too few and far between! I want some of that FRO-yo!! Maybe a lil crunch PB topping?!! ;)

Yum!

Also, not only are foods wrapped in foil good for you, but they are also calorie free. Bet you didn't know that!

Yes and Yes! I could nap every day (but I try to only do it when I can't possibly function any more).

And those little pink and white frosted animal crackers with the sprinkles - ABSOLUTELY the best! YUM!

Do you know what brings on your IBS other than stress? I've been told I may be have it, but I have no idea what triggers it other than stress
