Snack Attack 2

"I don't think your ready for this jelly.  Cause my body's too bootylicious for ya babe."

-Beyonce the Great.

Are you ready for this.....

Round two here we come,

Heidi @ basilvodka.com

"My snack is so ghetto. Because Banana Wraps don't even get the dignity of a plate. Banana Wraps are always served on a paper towel.  Banana Wrap. Heat a tortilla in the microwave for 10-ish seconds. Smear peanut butter on it, and roll it around a banana. The hotter the wrap, the gooier the peanut butter."

Coming from someone that lives in the ghetto of Provo, Utah. That is a classy snack.

"Here you go girl...this is one of my favorite snacks. It is a blackberry banana smoothie w/ protein powder...yum :)"

Yep, I could definitely go for one of those right now.

"My fave snack is  a La Tortilla Factory Tortilla, cut into strips and broiled to make chips. I LOVE it with mango salsa. Delish."

She is my healthy eating idol.

"My new favorite snack is HOMEMADE granola bars (they taste sooo much better than store-bought). The attached picture is pumpkin granola bars. Several friends have made these since I posted the recipe on my blog and have been raving about them. My mom's friend has been making them for her daughters to take in their school lunches."

I warn you, do not go to her site when hungry. Your stomach will growl and your boss will then know you are looking at food while at work.

Have an amazing Tuesday!

Question of the day:

What is your favorite workout song lately?

-I am loving Black-Eyed Peas "The Time."

-I also love "Please Don't Go" by Mike Posner.

Off to the gym:)

Oh my! I am way behind the times if I don't even know that Black Eyed Peas song. To Itunes I am heading immediately!

OK-these snacks are more interesting than mine anyway. Those granola bars look REALLY good! I have to remember not to go to YOUR site when hungry!!

Happy Thursday!

Ooh, I like PB Banana in a danish pancake (like a crepe made with oat flour)

I am way behind in mainstream music...Been listening to a lot of David Crowder Band. Christian with a techno/dance sound. Right now I like "Shine" and a few other tunes of his. I guess the song depends on the point of my workout that I am in. :)

Have a great day!!

i'm totally jealous that billy is willing to be dragged into bed at 9!!! my mr. insists that he would just lay there for hours awake while i dream peacefully next to him. that, and he claims that he studies best at night...lame!

yea sometime i eavsdrop. mostly on my student to make sure they're not planning on overthrowing my authority...

i've never tried spin... i know i'm totally missing out. but, i use my fitness budget to pay for jazzercise (my all time fav) and running shoes. so no gym membership for me.

I feel so famous...haha. Thanks for posting my ghetto nanner wrap! And yes, I just referred to a banana as a nanner. Like a three year old.

My post today is all about running (I need help!) so if you could stop by and bestow some of your running genius upon us I'd really appreciate it.. :)
