Billy is scared of me....

My eyes teared up when I walked into the 24-hour fitness this morning.  I hadn't been to this particular gym since the summer and they had ALL new equipment.  It was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.

32 minutes stairclimber

58 minutes rotation of all the different new ellipticals.

5 minutes foam-rolling

10 minutes weights.

Billy picked me up from the gym....I hate driving in California....

and he told me my deltoids scare him.  I am going to take that one as a compliment.

Breakfast:

An apple with PB, nine-grain toast with sugar-free blackberry jam.  I like to put on a lot of jam so that my toast tastes like pie.

What is your favorite muscle to work?

-I love working my deltoids because even if that is the only muscle on your arms that is defined you look RIPPED!

I think you need to post a picture of your ripped deltoids now... just saying. I want to see what scared Billy because you are far from scary.

p.s. I want that piece of toast!

What a fun blog you have, I especially love the "brains of this marriage" title. Very cute :) . I love it that your muscles scare your husband, that's very COOL!

Ooh! Toast pie! I rarely use the stairclimber. Perhaps that is your secret! I better just jump on that bandwagon!

I have the wimpiest deltoids; No-shoulder girl here. My biceps are starting to look decent, though. I am far from being in great body-building shape, but my calves are probably the best group at the moment. ;)

Your breakfast looks yummy! I had a cottage cheese sandwich this morning. Not my favorite, but lots of protein and calci-yum.

Spin-on runner girl!

Your breakfast looks delightful!! Yum! And, I would have to say, I love it when I have definition in my deltoids! Love it! To me, there's just something sexy about that and makes me feel confident.

"I like to put on a lot of jam so that my toast tastes like pie." I agree, 100%!
I really love working my leg muscles--especially my quads, though my new focus has become my abs, for sure.
And yay for new equipment! Always a good thing! :)
