Don't steal our ideas Ben and Jerry's, we already have the patents.

Look who is learning how to read 'Fun with Dick and Jane.'  I really need to grow up because every time she read 'that word' I laughed a little.

IMG 5776

I bet you are really looking forward to eating at my restaurant someday....... I obviously got a little carried away with the garlic salt.

IMG 5757

We went over to my parent's house last night to hang out and I spent most of the time in the kitchen cooking.  Frozen chicken breast for me and 2 Costco chimichungas for Billy.  I really went the extra mile with the can of green beans and can of corn medley.

IMG 5758

Yeah, I just had to throw this one in because I die at how cute she is, oh and Billy is pretty cute himself.

IMG 5761

After dinner I went back to the dishing area to finish off any leftovers (because I am a complete picker and cannot allow any food to go to waste) and look who followed me.  Once she got too full on corn she started feeding me individual pieces of corn and giggling (and wiping her hand off) after each one.

IMG 5769

I will share my veggies but I will not share my ice cream.

IMG 5777

My mom sent the sister and I to go get milk at the grocery store.

We went and came home with ice cream and candy but completely forgot the milk.

Thank goodness for a mother's unconditional love.  How did she even put that much trust in her two hormonal/sugar obsessed daughters to go into the grocery store late at night and not come home with 432 lbs of junk food.

IMG 5781

The best part of the above mentioned ice cream sundae is that my sister picked out the ice cream and toppings.  Now you see where I get my weirdness of wanting to mix carmel ice cream, gummy bears, butterfinger and whipped cream all together in one heavenly bowl of happiness.

Blame my weirdness on my family.  It is their fault.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On a completely unrelated note....what sounds drive you CRAZY?

-We found out last night that we both can't stand DRY sounds- think shoelaces being tied, dry q-tip in ear, mechanical pencils writing or the rubbing of dry skin.

We are considering going into the ice cream manufacturing business and need your help on which flavor to make first.

a. Animal Kingdom (ice cream that includes swedish fish, gummy bears, cinnamon bears, animal cracker crumbs).

b. Sour Patch Kids Explosion with Chocolate covered sugar cubes.

c. Oreo/Choc chip cookie dough/pie bites/donut hole/cake batter ice cream.

Or you can come up with one that you would like to see us make.

The sound of skin rubbing on rough carpet makes my ears bleed. I feel ill thinking about it. Dry sounds are awful!

I think c sounds the tastiest, but a is the coolest sounding! Make sure you include those delicious pink glazed animal crackers!

The sound of nail files really bug me. Or when you are sitting next to someone who has their headphones in, and they are just loud enough to where you hear this kind of buzzing sound....yeah, that's annoying.

Ohhh Animal Kingdom! But throw some sour patch kids in there, because there has to be zoo keepers....or sour patch is just my favorite candy, haha.

I hate the sound of skin rubbing against skin! Makes me cringe. And the sound of people eating makes me want to vomit. The sound of people chewing their nails, the sound of nails clipping. The sound of people dragging their feet when they walk... and the list goes on!

And I like option C.

I want to join the HungryRunnerFamily, too! Looks so much fun!

The other night I was babysitting and while the kids were asleep I kept hearing this strange clicking sound. Finally I went to investigate and figured out that it was the little boy grinding his teeth in his sleep. Aghhh it was the worst sound EVER!!

I randomly can't stand the sound of chewing... Food, gum, whatever. But then, other times (most of the time, really) I don't even notice it. But when it does bug me, I swear it is the most annoying sound ever.
Oh and by the way, you are totally sabotaging my attempt to cut back on sweets. Hmm, I think my 5 mile run tomorrow is enough to earn a little frozen dairy deliciousness. LOL

My biggest pet peeve in life is smacking/chewing noises. My students always ask why they aren't allowed to chew gum at school and I tell them they made the rule because I hate smacking so much. I may or may not have threatened multiple people (adults, children over the age of 10, etc) with bodily harm if they did not cease the smacking noises. I loathe it...

I think donut hole ice cream would be AMAZING! Or maybe a chocolate eclair or coconut cream pie donut ice cream. YUM.

Your niece is the cutest!

ANIMAL KINGDOM!!! Ha I basically make that for myself every time I have ice cream and its the best. I've recently become an ice cream snob and now refuse to eat it without toppings. This has turned into an endless cycle of buying ice cream to go with my candy and candy to go with my ice cream. I'm not complaining. :)

I'll have to try your other ice cream flavors ASAP!
