Love the Sunday

Went to church to 'exercise' my brain (that will make sense to you if you read the comments from the last post).  Met some new friends, especially the one that is a photography major that is going to teach me how to use this camera of mine! Maybe I will learn how to do 3D pics or something or at least let you lick the screen so you can taste whatever I post.

Dinner was very similar to last night.  My mom made chicken and beef in the crock-pot, peas, crescent rolls and potatoes.  I traded my crescent roll for another potato.  They were cooked to perfection.  How do moms always make things taste so much better than if you cooked them yourself.

Let's be honest there was definitely another one of those! Chocolate chips and pecans and a cup of hot chocolate because it is snowing!!!!!

Doesn't everyone dance in their kitchen Sunday nights.  Not sure if my nieces or my brother-in-laws dancing was funnier.

Don't forget to send me a picture of your favorite snack @ janaejacobs22@gmail.com.  Learn more about it here. I will love you forever and for my next giveaway I might just rig it for ya;)
What was your Sunday dinner?
-This meal is the classic Utah Sunday Dinner....crockpot, starch and veggie. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention orange jello with mandarin oranges.

Oh wow. We are on the same wavelength again: Comfort food and dancing babies. I was just thinking about recording Levi's little dance moves and posting them. Maybe soon.
Anyhow MIL made a beef roast and we had cooked carrots, green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. Best part? I didn't cook. I LOVE Sunday :)

jello and mandarin oranges!!!

you're taking me back to my childhood here :).

my sunday dinner was not as balanced as yours. my hubby and i rearranged our ENTIRE house....well....all the main areas anyway and by the time we got done we were both so so so tired, that we ordered pizza and got blizzards. super unhealthy, but we earned them....moving our piano and couches around :).

just wanted to say hello and thanks for your comment on my blog - always nice to "meet" readers. oh...and if you're still on the hunt for riding boots, check target. i have a pair from there that were $50 and they're real leather. much more affordable!

hope you had a lovely weekend!

Well, earlier for sunday "dinner" we went over to Grandma's house where she totally accomodated me. She made me this tofu/black bean mixture, my own salad (she even bought me hummus), potatoes, and cauliflower. I <3 her - it's the Husband's grandma too. I never get anxiety about eating over there like I do other people's houses because I know she'll be good to me!

Cute video! Crock pots are a staple on weekends in my house. Last night was chili, so yummy on a cold night.
