Call me the Easter Bunny

Explanation:

In college my friends called me a rabbit because of the ridiculous amount of produce I consumed.

But just like the Easter Bunny I am always supplied with candy and enjoy it more than most eight year olds do.

You know you have a problem when your nieces and nephews hide their candy when you come over to visit them.

Tonight I met up with some of the teachers that I worked with last year.  I miss them.  Our faculty was so close last year, we even went on a girls trip to Vegas.

We met at Cafe Rio.

I didn't get anything.

I know you think I am lying because I am obsessed with Cafe Rio but........

1.  Sometimes I remember we are living on a teachers salary and realize I can't fund the restaurant industry with my paychecks.

2.  We have so much delicious produce waiting for me to combine them into a delicious salad of spinach, romaine, red onion, sweet potato, snap peas, cilantro and tuna.   Steamed broccoli and carrots on the side.

We had a lot of fun reminiscing until students showed up because some how they found out about our reunion.

They just can't get enough of us.  I wouldn't have been caught dead stalking my teachers in high school.  I guess we are that cool.

If you work, are you close with your co-workers?

-Last year we were so close....this year we still are but the faculty was switched around big time.

Random question: What day is your birthday?  I want to put a bloggers birthday list together and I will link you on your birthday so that people can visit your blog on your b-day to bombard you with birthday love.

-My b-day is February 13th. I am kind of obsessed with birthdays and I LOVE to make a big deal of them.  This probably seems stalkerish so you don't have to but wouldn't you love complete strangers wishing you happy birthday and telling you how awesome you are?!?!
