Sunday is my rest day.

So what do I do:  I make up for all the calories I burned throughout the week from exercise by baking treats while somehow laying on the couch for 88% of the day.

Somehow I always end up in charge of making dessert for family dinners.

You'd think that I had a reputation to eat large amounts of sugar and get really really excited to search my cookbooks for delicious recipes.

The cousin is back from Spain and all is right again in the world.  While she was in Spain I couldn't even think/talk/hear/see the movie "Taken."

I am not going to lie, I was a little worried about her while she was gone..

My aunt made lasagna (that was to die for) salad and french bread.

Only 44 more hours of work until Christmas break officially starts.

Can't wait to get my sweat on in a few hours, my arteries are feeling a little clogged.

Have you ever lived in a country other than the one you were born in?

-I went to college for a little while in Hawaii....does that count??

-Billy lived in the Ukraine for two years and speaks fluent Russian.  I am still working on my English.

What is your favorite Italian meal?

-Lasagna and some form of bread.  The more carbs the better right??? I did the 'Atkins' diet in high school and lasted three days.  I need carbs so that I don't turn into a monster.
